A Health Check can occasionally miss something, identify something that turns out not to be important, or be unable to complete a particular test.

Results can also change depending on factors such as your website configuration, hosting, network conditions, third-party services and changes made to your website.

For that reason:

• a high score doesn’t guarantee that your website is perfect;
• a low score doesn’t necessarily mean everything identified needs fixing;
• SEO recommendations don’t guarantee rankings or traffic;
• performance scores may vary between tests;
• security-related checks aren’t a penetration test or security certification; and
• automated accessibility checks aren’t a complete accessibility or WCAG compliance audit.

Think of the Health Check as a very useful starting point rather than a substitute for human judgement.

That’s also why we offer a Human Review.

If you ask us to take a closer look at your website, we’ll use our experience and professional judgement to review the site and the findings from your Health Check.

We may consider things that an automated test can’t properly understand, such as:

• what your website is trying to achieve;
• how clearly it explains what you do;
• user experience;
• conversion opportunities;
• trust and credibility;
• design and messaging; and
• which technical findings are actually worth worrying about.

Our recommendations represent our opinion based on the information available at the time.

There’s no obligation to purchase anything from Ullmatech after receiving a Human Review.

You may submit a publicly accessible website to our Website Health Check.

Please don’t use the Health Check to probe private systems, bypass access restrictions, interfere with another website or carry out activity that would be unlawful or unauthorised.

We may apply reasonable rate limits and security controls to protect our service and other websites.

We want our free tools to be useful and reliable, but we can’t promise they’ll be available every minute of every day.

We may occasionally need to:

• perform maintenance;
• change how a tool works;
• add or remove checks;
• update our scoring methods;
• introduce usage limits; or
• temporarily suspend a service.

We may also improve or replace our tools over time.

This means a Health Score produced today isn’t necessarily directly comparable with a score produced using a future version of the Health Check.

We don’t guarantee that reports generated by free tools will remain available indefinitely, so please keep any information you particularly need.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and useful.

However, website content, articles, guides, Health Check results and other free resources are provided for general information.

They aren’t intended to constitute legal, financial, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
